DAN-Palletiser offers a wide range of service, spare parts and technology.

Our service includes assistance either with the supply of spare parts, based on professional support staff, or technical assistance service, either online or at your site.

Online service
Our online service ensures updates and corrections. This also provides us with tools to quickly diagnose and to optimize the fault remedy. The palletiser program can be adjusted directly from our headquarters.

Service at your site
DAN-Palletiser offers different levels of services at your site. We offer preservice, service including a service kit with standard spare parts or a complete service subscription.

Service subscription
Our service subscription includes an annual service overhaul, incl. exchange of wearing parts. You can sign up for 3 or 5 years or for an unlimited period. For further information, please contact our service department.


Delivery service
To ensure your business stability we keep a wide range of electronic and mechanical parts to be available on request. We also produce specially designed parts and spare parts kits.
Most of the parts are ready to ship, and delivery is provided 24 hours 7 days a week. We also provide you with mechanical upgrades, PLC upgrades, inspections and speed optimization.
