World class palletisers

With DAN-Palletiser’s extensive range of palletisers we can solve most palletising jobs. On the same machine it is possible to run ¼, ½ and 1/1 pallets in wood or plastic. Furthermore, the operator can program the machine with new patterns on the operator panel.

Semi and fully automatic palletisers
The DAN-Palletiser palletiser type MK1 is a product designed in close co-operation with our customers. The machine is produced in 7 versions, semi automatic as well as fully automatic. One of the many advantages of this machine is that it is cost-saving in investment, easy to install and demands very little space.

The pallet patterns are programmed directly on the display. Furthermore, it is possible to label orientate the packs on the pallet. With a production in two shifts the pay-back time is only appr. 1 year, depending on the machine type you choose.

Multi product palletisers

With this type of palletiser it is possible to run products from up to 6 production lines to the same palletiser, by accumulation of 1 layer or 1 pallet of each product at a time. It is also possible to palletise from 4 lines at a time, without accumulation. This machine demands very little space, and at the same time you save the expensive accumulation conveyors.

With all the multi product palletisers you can palletise on various pallet types at the same time.
